HOTEL INDIGO ROCHESTER - MAYO CLINIC AREA, Rochester – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel offers modern rooms unlike the other basic options in the city but the room size was a bit small and facing a parking ramp. The staff provided great service, although some were seen with non-professional uniforms. The location is very convenient with Skyway access and a short walk to Mayo Clinic. The dining experience was disorganized and understaffed, but the facilities were well-maintained.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The location was fantastic, especially for those visiting Mayo, with easy access to the Skyway system. The service was friendly, though not exceptional. The dining experience was a bit disappointing in terms of food quality and staffing. The rooms, while slightly less minimalist than other Hotel Indigo rooms, needed better attention to cleanliness. However, the facilities were decent, and the hotel's internal restaurant, 'Crave,' was a nice touch.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms could use curtains that block out the garages lights, but they were more spacious than your average Hotel Indigo room. The location was ideal for easy access to the Mayo Clinic, only a short walk away whether indoors or via the Skyway. The dining options were a bit pricey for the quality of food offered, but the exquisite dishes made up for it. The facilities were adequate, but I'd say there's room for improvement.
